Marlow Music Musical Instrument
Repair & Services Customer Comments
Hello,
I meant to get a line off to you earlier today, to say that the saxophone is completely, absolutely wonderful, and looks so clean and like new. Now I am so excited to present it to our pastor. He has to love it!
The box was really a heavy duty box, and as you told me, the instrument was packed securely with the popcorn packing. Thank you so much, too, for the CD, and I am anxious to hear this. I wish I had thought to listen to it in my van this morning. I'm wondering if the CD is of the relaxing music that you mention (on your website) that Julia Marlow created in 2006 -- I hope it is! THANKS!
It has certainly been my pleasure to do business with you, and I thank you for your prompt communication when I have had questions. You have restored this instrument to the very best condition that it could be. Aren't instruments just so beautiful? The lovely curvatures are so pleasant to see.
Thank you, again, and I'll let you know my pastor's reaction to his gift.
Best regards,
AliceI just wanted to send a short note of thanks for the perfect repairs to our daughters flute. I have visited your shop and seen you work. I know firsthand the attention to detail and craftsmanship you give to everything you do. Even though I do not live close to you, I would prefer to deal with someone I trust than someone next door... with someone who takes pride in their work than someone who just does enough to get by. God bless you Chris and thanks again! -Curtis Dady

"While doing a fair date the neck of my banjo was broke, Not the everyday junker banjo, but my 1928 GIBSON MASTERTONE, I was heartbroken, But Chris said he could fix it. When he finished it was just like new, the sound was crisp, clean and I didn't have to baby it. I recomend Chris to anyone and everyone. He even gave me a loaner banjo to finish the job." -Jimmy Grahm banjo, Entertain, Stuntman, Clown

Thank you for all the special attention you put into restoring my fiddle. I believe my daughter said it best when I showed the family the finished project. She said, "but what happened to the old violin". Word seem weak in comparison to the way I feel about the amazing work you did.
Thank You
Dan H. "... You just sold me that C-Melody thru Ebay. Of course I've gone & given you positive feedback, but I just wanted to give you a call & thank you for the great job you did packing up the horn it really is a wonderful instrument you did a great job on the repad and everything else. It plays beautifully and I really appreciated all the care you gave it. Its nice to get positive feedback on Ebay, but when someone puts that kind of care into an instrument I like to thank them personally."
